Ardmore Tree Board: Neighborwoods Tree Application Ardmore Neighborwoods 'Share the Shade'  An exciting program designed to plant trees in our neighborhoods beautifying the Ardmore area. The program started in 1998 and hundreds of trees have been planted in this project. Cost to homeowners is $35.00/tree (ABC provides rest of cost). Limited to  first 30 qualified applicants. Check must accompany request.  To receive a copy of Recommended Trees for Ardmore or a copy of Trees for Ardmore call 580-223-2230 Applications are available each spring. Trees arrive for planting in February/March. Tree size - 2" diameter trunk. Payment for tree must accompany application. Participating homeowners will be notified prior to the tree care workshop and the arrival of the trees. Homeowner will be responsible for planting the tree under the direction of the ATB and providing general care. **The homeowner agrees to attend a tree workshop, facilitated by the ATB, prior to receiving their tree. The City of Ardmore must approve front and side yard planting sites. *Eligibility -- Owner-occupied home sites in the Ardmore zip code area.   **Replacement Policy -- (only for participants that attend a tree care workshop)- We will replace your tree on a one-time basis during the first growing season should the tree not survive.
